thinking big

I've decided that I'd like to put together an Employee of the Month prize.  I just have a couple of hurdles that I have to leap over first.

1.  I don't have any employees.

2.  Well, to be honest...that first one is really the sticky point.

So I'm open to suggestions.

  1. You should just choose some people that you treat as employees. Call in Dave for a "sit down". Explain to him that while he definitely has some characteristics that you look for in an Employee of the Month, his attendance issues and subverting your authority have to stop. Also let him know that you know about the office supplies he took.
